5-27-02 Delmar Sports-(www.BetDelmar.com) has announced that they are closing shop. A few months ago they closed down their Internet post-up business which wasn't a success. Now Delmar is closing down their credit shop. All players that are owed money are to contact Delmar for payment. It's been reported that Delmar isn't going to sale to another buyer which would in turn open the book under a new name. However, we here at Bettorstalk don't buy that at all. You have a book that has had a very successful run in the credit business which has plenty of names that they can sell. We believe that they will sell the names to some other book which may or may not be a new book on the block.

Alladins' Gold-Sterling sportsbook which was to acquire the accounts of all players owed by Alladins Gold has said that they have had no contact from Alladin's Gold owner Eddie Hadeed. Sad but true it looks as if players are going to get burned completely by this book. Let's not forget that Mr. Hadeed opened up a shop once before called Premier League that failed. Many sites advertised Mr. Hadeed's Alladin's Gold even after Mr. Hadeed reported that he was having financial problems. You will never see this site take advertising dollars from a book that is not legitimate. We urge all readers to be cautious when selecting a book and please use our sponsors as well as the sportsbook review section. Its hard enough to win and shouldn't be hard to get paid.

Playersbet-(www.Playersbet.com & www.betworldwide.com) both books are owned by the same owner and are continuing to slow pay players. Bettorstalk has been on Playersbet and Betworldwide's ass since last October regarding a slow payout. We proved again that we were right on target about a shady book.

Grand Central Sports-(www.Betgcs.com & www.Jazzsports) Grand Central has turned over its players to Jazz Sports. After months of Grand Central Sports using every excuse in the book about slow paying players they are now part of the Jazz team. However, the main owners of Grand Central Sports are still affiliated supposedly only in a marketing aspect for Jazz Sports. We would hope the Jazz Sports would eventually get rid of these 2 owners as they have a shameful past of screwing senior citizens. Again this is a book that we reported on screwing some players on wagers last October 2001. Since that time we were threatened by one of the owners of Grand Central Sports, bashed by shills for them etc. We held our stance on this book then the slow pays began. A leopard never changes its colors just remember that Jazz Sports.

Golden Palace Sportsbook-This month a player reported being stiffed by this book after being labeled a wise guy. The player in question opened up an account and proceeded to make wagers with the book who continued to book his action then when it came down to a withdrawal they told him he was a wise guy and didn't give him his winnings. This books website has been down for around a week now and reports from the book say that they are switching servers. We say bullshit and say this book is having problems and may end up closing.

Cris Sportsbook & Bowmans-(www.betcris.com & www.bowmans.com) is up for sale and it appears that the book that has the lead on buying them is Bowmans.

Five Card Charlie-(www.FiveCardCharlie.com) we hear that this book is now on the selling block. This book along with Fair Deal Sports stiffed a bettor last year out of $80,000. We hear that the book that may be buying this sportsbook is based out of Costa Rica and has 5 books of their own.

5-27-02 Paypal-(www.Paypal.com) is restricting some players accounts with them.

Yabet & Cris-(www.Yabet.com & www.betcris.com) have formed an alliance and opened a new gambling site called www.EuroCRIS.com.

Sportbet & Island Sportsbook-(www.sportbet.com) have switched their software over to INETs.
